Florida is the care found in every architectural detail, the dozens of monuments spread throughout the urban area, the allegories of its cathedral, and the scenic richness of Prado Piedra Alta, by French architect and landscape artist Carlos Racine.\r\nThe moons of Jos\u00e9 C\u00faneo, captured in his frescoes now remembered and honored in the downtown area; the bandoneon music by Ulises Pasarella and N\u00e9stor Vaz; the constructivist paintings of Mario Giacoya; and the pen of Mario Delgado Aparain, among other figures in the arts, are just some of the many cultural treasures Florida has to offer.\r\nBetween the city\u2019s main natural park and its historic center lies the cradle of the nation, where on August 25, 1825, the Declaration of our National Independence was first drafted. This historical circuit connects Piedra Alta, next to the bridge of the same name that serves as the southern entrance to the city, with the historic grounds where the \u201cAssembly of the 25\u201d convened.\r\nIn addition to these two historic sites, visitors can explore Prado Piedra Alta, a central social and recreational space of the city. It is a park with 19 century-old flowerbeds, featuring both native and exotic flora. There, you\u2019ll find numerous monuments, small squares, playgrounds, as well as the Summer Theater and the Rose Garden.
